At Milectronix, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we’re here to help.
1. Returns
- Custom PCs: Due to the personalized nature of custom-built PCs, returns are accepted only in cases of manufacturing defects, transit damage, or incorrect configuration as per order.
- Accessories and Peripherals: You may return unopened and unused accessories within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
- Non-returnable Items: Certain items (such as software, downloadable products, opened consumables, or personalized/custom-order parts) are non-returnable.
2. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed within 7–10 business days and credited via your original payment method.
- Only the product price will be refunded; shipping charges and COD fees are typically non-refundable.
3. Exchanges
For defective, damaged, or wrong items shipped by us, we will arrange for a replacement or exchange wherever possible.
4. How To Start a Return or Refund

- Our team will guide you with the return process and provide shipping instructions, if applicable.
5. Shipping
- You are responsible for shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is due to our error (defective or wrong product).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
6. Cancellations
Orders for non-custom, in-stock items can be cancelled before dispatch. Custom PC orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of order placement, after which components are sourced and the build process begins.
